Regulations: In the EC the ITU rules and the official race program are
followed.
Courses:
1.5 km Swimming;
40 km Cycling (undulating terrain, course approach + 7 closed off laps);
10 km Running (flat terrain – 80% asphalt, 20% brash, 4 laps)
Categories:
Men/Women 20 years of age and older (absolute ranking)
Category K 23 – men, women (born 1990 – 1987)
Athletes – foreign nationals can start in all the Czech Cup races and are
awarded in the race ranking. Their results are not calculated into the
individual ranking of the Czech Cup and Czech Championship.
Starting fees:
CITY TRIATHLON Karlovy Vary 2010 ITU European Cup
1,250 CZK/50EUR by 15th August 2010. After the application deadline, the
surcharge of: + 250 CZK/12EUR
Prizes: In total 12,000EUR
Each athlete will receive a race T-shirt, refreshments during and after the
race. The relay team will receive one T-shirt for free and they can buy T-shirts
at a favourable price of CZK 100/pc for the remaining members. The organizer is
entitled to free some athletes of the starting fee.

Regulations: In the Age Groups race the Czech Triathlon Union rules
and the official race program are followed.
Special provisions:
1. The organizer has the right to limit the number of starting athletes.
2. The bike course is closed. Dangerous places on the course will be supervised
by the police and organizers. The athletes are obliged to follow the traffic
rules!
3. The Age groups athletes are allowed to race on a mountain bike.
4. All the athletes start at their own risk.

Starting fees: 500 CZK adults/300 CZK juniors/600 CZK relay teams.
